Looking for original gift bags? Just make them yourself!
You basically need just some hard paper.
Supplies:
- hard paper
- ribbon
- anything for decoration – paint, glue, color paper
- pencil
- ruler
- scissors
How to:
Start with any rectangle or square of hard paper. The resulting height of your bag will me half of your paper minus the desired depth of the bag.
Fold the opposite edges of the paper around 2 cm.
Fold along all the black lines on the photo:
A = depth
B = height of the base
After you’ve folded the sides you form the base by folding along those two lines which are connected with the line A. The bigger the distance of those two black lines the deeper the bag.
At the end fold the diagonal lines marked as C inward.
It will look something like this.
Now you can close the bag.
Decorate the bag as you wish and tie a ribbon at the top.
